We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and carry out the services you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third Parties Who Process Your Data

To run the quote request service, a small number of trusted service providers process your data on our behalf, strictly to deliver the functionality below:

• Resend — delivers the quote notification and confirmation emails.
• Vercel (Postgres/Neon database) — securely stores submitted quote requests.
• Vercel Blob storage — stores any photos you upload with your quote request.

Each of these providers only processes data as needed to provide their service to us and is bound by their own data protection obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain quote request information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which it is archived or deleted.
