1. Services
OJ Mobile Mechanic provides mobile vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair work at the customer’s chosen location across Kent, subject to access and safety requirements being met.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Labour is charged at £70 per hour + VAT. We do not publish fixed prices for individual jobs, as the time and parts required vary by vehicle and fault. A specific quote is confirmed with you after reviewing your quote request or diagnosing the issue, and no chargeable work proceeds until you’ve agreed to that quote.
3. Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer.
4. Warranty
Parts fitted and labour carried out are covered by a reasonable workmanship guarantee. Full details are available on request.
5. Liability
We carry appropriate trade insurance for the work we undertake. We are not liable for pre-existing faults not related to the work carried out.
